No referee or player shows up to their first season ready to go pro. We all need to get experience and make some mistakes along the way to get better. Unfortunately most referees are not given the same room to make mistakes as players. They are expected to ‘get it right’ immediately, or risk getting yelled at, called names, or worse. This leads to many referees never making it to their second season, or even their second game.

That’s why we created the Training League. Specific, beginner level games and targeted education, just for the brand new referees.
